We stand behind the quality of our products, so if we ship an item to you in poor or damaged condition, or if you feel the item does not match the photo & description of what you ordered, please contact us via email at dianne@eruthie.com within 7 days of receiving the item and we will quickly arrange your return. The returned items must be in unworn, unwashed condition.

In order to keep our prices low, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to size or fit issues. If you have any questions regarding style, color, or fit, please contact us prior to purchase. We are more than happy to assist you in any way possible to make sure your experience at e. ruthie is a happy one!  

Please be aware that while we cannot be responsible for refunding or replacing merchandise lost or damaged by the USPS or UPS, we will work diligently to help resolve any shipping issues you encounter. If the items we ship to you are lost in transit or damaged en route, please contact contact the appropriate shipping company to file a claim. Please also be aware when you make your shipping choice that only USPS Priority shipments carry free (limited) USPS insurance. First Class packages are not insured.
